8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). If you are unable to obtain local service,
please follow the following instructions:

POST WARRANTY REPAIR CENTER

Rosen may be able to provide out-of-warranty repair service for your Rosen-branded
product. If you need service, please follow these instructions and we will advise
if the unit is reparable and an estimate of the repair cost.
- Take a digital photo of your current system
- Email your repair request and photo to: repairs@rosenentertainment.com
along with a detailed description of what the system is or isn't dong so we can
do a basic analysis of the repair costs.
- If the system is reparable, we will email you with a repair quote, a repair
form and further instructions.
